Great for families, the 3rd bedroom can come fully equipped with a crib, changing table and play area. Alternatively, the 3rd bedroom can be set up as a small bedroom with a twin bed. The Space: The first floor features an open floor plan. After you enter, you'll find a spacious and comfortable living room with ample seating and a 70" smart TV equipped with all the apps. Next, you'll continue into the open kitchen, which has state of the art Italian appliances, great lighting, and a beautiful marble island (treat the marble with respect please!). As you continue to the back of the house, you'll find an open dining room with seating for 10-12 comfortably, and a bar area at the back of the house. On nice days, pop open the double doors and expand the space out to the deck, where we have more seating and a Traeger grill/smoker. The second floor features the bedrooms and bathrooms. First, at the top of the stairs is our 3rd bedroom, which is currently set up as a baby room. Immediately next to that is our Hall Bathroom, which is shared with the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom is an efficient layout and comes with a great desk and computer monitor to make working from home a breeze. And last but not least is our Primary Bedroom, which features 4 huge windows, a beautiful en suite bathroom, and a large built-in closet. This room is an oasis and the best place to unwind after a long day! Additional features of the space include our garage and covered parking at the rear of the house. A garage clicker will be provided for entry and we have a fully functional level 1 EV charger available for free use as well. Additionally, there is an unfinished basement with access to our washer & dryer--the basement is unfinished and has a steep staircase, so please be careful when using this part of the house and do so at your own risk. Important to note: this house does feature stairs to access both the front and rear entrances, so it is unfortunately not handicap accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience on this front. Lastly, the house is very secure, featuring a convenient keypad entry system and whole home security from Simplisafe. Instructions for use of both will be provided upon your arrival.
