We want you to enjoy yourself, but also be respectful of other tenants in the building and our neighbors. There is no smoking in the building or on the property. Parking is available for two cars, and there's plenty of street parking. Please note, there is a winter-long overnight parking ban in South Portland from December 1 - April 1. You may be able to coordinate with other tenants in the building for occasional overnight guests, but this is not guaranteed and potential tenants should not own more than two vehicles.
