Proposals for private single family development are NOT being considered at this time. The 3.8 acre parcel is located on the shores of Lake Erie with approximately 460 ft of lake frontage and 300 ft of frontage on Walnut Creek. Parcel line is Lake Erie on north, the eastern boundary is wooded and abuts a residential property, the southern line abuts the historic but active railroad berm/trestle, and the western line is Walnut Creek. The property is accessed by private drive connected to Lake Ave. Zoned Commercial 1 for ease of redevelopment. Land Bank may have funds available to assist with demolition of the existing structure.
