Utilities (gas and electric) are the tenants responsibility. Only cold water, sewer, and garbage are provided by the landlord. To qualify you must have "NO" prior evictions, & your gross monthly income must be "3 TiMES" the amount of rent. The apartment upon viewing will only be held when the 2 security deposits are received as required. Section 8 Voucher applicants are welcomed.
