That is strange because we are mirror images of each other, both with extensive remodeling--although ours is slightly bigger. #42 and #43 represent the largest models in this community, of which there are other models that range from 1360 to 1540 to 1660 square feet. Indeed, we are the biggest townhome in this row, yet other townhouses around us that are much smaller have higher Zestimates. It makes no sense. Finally, the siding was redone 7-8 years ago, and a new 50 year hail proof roof was put on about the same time.
