We have a room available immediately for rent in our house in Lower Allston! It is a large house, with three other rooms currently occupied. We are all working professionals in our early thirties. The room itself is on the smaller side, approx. 11X12, with a closet. Shared common areas include 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), living room (fully furnished), and dining room. There is also an indoor patio and a washer/dryer in the basement. Ample street parking (with a resident sticker). Single occupancy- no couples, and sorry, no furry friends! We are quiet and largely independent individuals and looking for the same. Lease is for one year beginning September first with first months rent and security deposit in the same amount for move-in required (an earlier move-in date would be pro-rated).
