I am moving out of state for a job and need someone to takeover my lease. This is a very nice 2 bed/2 bath with a very large living room. All modern appliances, very friendly staff, pet friendly, and has door side recycling! This apartment for someone new is much cheaper since it will be a lease take over. My lease is up in December, but I will be moving sooner. I can be out earlier if needed, but would prefer end of the month. The apartment has been kept very clean and absolutely no smoking of any kind. The apartment complex is called the District at Tuttle, if you would like more information. I would also be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have! This is a lease takeover that is up in December, but you will have the option to sign a new lease at that time! This apartment has water and electric through the same company so it is only one bill at the beginning of each month.
