I was planning on retiring in this home and have spent the past two years completely remodeling it, but we bought another house in North Georgia. This is a ranch style home on a slab. Every room in the house is brand new. The entire house has been replumbed using pex piping. The master bathroom is fully remodeled with very large walk-in shower and the largest water heater we could fit into the house. The bathroom has his and her separate sinks plus two separate closets. New tile and carpet in every room in the entire house. We added a 30x40 foot car port to the house and then we also added a brand new roof! The house sits on just shy of 9 acres. It has a barn with two over hangs, a 200 yard shooting range, a pool with two porches, and your own personal beach with fire pit right next to the pool.
