There are three bedrooms (including a primary room with an en-suite), 2.5 baths, an open kitchen/ living room design, dedicated office space, and a back patio. Each room comes equipped with a smart TV that includes Netflix, Hulu, Max, and more no need to log in! -Kitchen: Fully stocked including cookware, plates/bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, a pot filler over an oven range, a microwave, a Keurig, and coffee/tea K-Cups. -Bathroom: Smart light fixtures with Bluetooth speakers, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. -Pet policy: We're happy to host pets as long as they are hypoallergenic. We frequently host families with young children, and to ensure that it is a safe space for children with allergies, we only allow hypoallergenic animals. -Please note, the fireplace is not currently operational. Also available unfurnished for leases over 12 months. Lease Terms: -Lease Length: Flexible lease options available, ranging from 2 to 24 months. -Utilities & Services: Utilities will remain in the owner's name. Tenants will be charged a flat $200 monthly fee covering 1G internet, gas, water, electricity, and Netflix. -Pets: With a $75/mo pet fee we welcome hypoallergenic pets only, to accommodate guests with allergies. Other pets may be allowed with additional fees or requirements. -Tenants are required to have a monthly professional cleaning at a subsidized cost of $200, ensuring the home remains in top condition. -Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed inside the home. $1,000 fee for any guest found to have smoked in the property. -Parking: fenced in 2 car driveway. -Maintenance & Cleaning: Routine HVAC and plumbing inspections are provided free of charge. Tenants are responsible for minor upkeep, such as changing smart lock batteries and air filters.
