Furnished or bring your own furnishings. Pets are welcome, however, since you'll be sharing our property, you should know that we have pets as well, 3 dogs and free-range chickens. There are also occasional wild deer that will wonder about the property. Room to park your boat or camper! We can remove any unwanted furniture and have some small appliances that you can use until you have a chance to acquire your own. 1st and last month's rent due on signing. No more than 2 pets and 2 vehicles. Please no puppies because we have free-range chickens. There is a refundable cleaning fee of $125. This fee will be returned if the property is left as it was found. Monthly lease is an option as well as 6 month/1year.
