It is currently occupied but we will have a few time frames for showing the house this upcoming week. (Friday 7/11 in afternoon and a time to be determined on 7/12 as well) Refrigerator included. (Thankfully it is a small yard so this does not take too much time) No pets allowed. No smoking or drug use. Background check and credit check will be required. There is an HOA in place and tenant will be supplied with those rules as well and, as a resident, will be required to adhere to them. Renter's insurance required with a copy to be sent to landlord.
