The driveway provides plenty of space for snowmobile groups, with room for up to 3 trailers. Book your winter stay at Double Loop and create unforgettable memories in the heart of Island Park. The main cabin is available year-round and sleeps 7. The main level includes a washer and dryer, a shared bathroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The upper level features a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed, considered a bedroom. A detached smaller cabin above the garage is available approximately from May 25th to October 15th and sleeps 4, with an upper-level bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared 3/4 bathroom. The cabin offers a hot tub, a large driveway for trucks and toy haulers, a propane grill, a fire pit (please bring your own wood), some outdoor seating (you are welcome and encouraged to bring additional chairs), a wood-burning fireplace (please bring your own wood), propane fireplace, smart TVs, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, drip coffee pot, hand mixer, blender, griddle, and more. A Pack-n-Play is available, but please bring your own linens. This home is located in a mountain town with dirt roads and potholes due to traffic and rain, and slow speed limits. It's about a 25-minute drive to Yellowstone West Entrance, depending on traffic. The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 2-minute drive away. Henry's Fork runs right through the town, offering world-class fishing opportunities. Nearby airports include Idaho Falls Regional, about a 1.25-hour drive, Bozeman Yellowstone International, about a 2-hour drive, and Jackson Hole Airport, about a 2.25-hour drive. The property does not have air conditioning. Utilize the blinds, ceiling and floor fans, and crisp evening mountain air to help keep the home cool. There is no garage access, and no sleeping bags or air mattresses are allowed. Camping in RVs, tents, etc., is not permitted. Pets are not allowed, with no exceptions. No events are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 7 or 11 per local ordinances, depending on the season. For winter, 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended in snowy conditions. Self check-in is available using the code provided after your scheduled arrival time.
