    4181 Ruth Drive in Rootstown, OH This 4-bedroom, 2 full bath charming cape cod features a fenced back yard, large 2 car garage and a storage shed.  It is conveniently located close to I-76 and Neo-Med.  The owner completely rehabbed the house for their daughter who just recently moved to Missouri.  The list of upgrades and changes is very comprehensive.  Boiler heat was removed and replaced with 6 Mitsubishi mini splits powered by 2 outside units which lets each room to be controlled individually for both heat and air conditioning.  Built in wall heaters were placed in the 2 full baths.  The electrical box was upgraded and changed to accommodate the changes.  Waterproof vinyl plank flooring was done throughout the house.  Beautiful quartz countertops with large eat in island and new sink/faucet.  This house has 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of paint on ceiling and walls.  All of the interior doors and hardware were changed as well as new trim.  All new electrical outlets and switches throughout.  Bathroom upstairs was completely changed with new shower, fixtures, vanity, toilet and tile.  Downstairs bathroom has all new fixtures, tile and accessible tub/shower.  Interior and exterior lights were changed to new LED fixtures.  Kitchen cabinets are freshly painted with new pulls and handles.  The attic area has new insulation to keep out the heat and cold.  Drainage line was added to the back yard and flows to neighbor’s drain then to road.  Deck railing has been rebuilt and painted, fresh mulch and rock in the front and back.  Main water on/off valve has been changed also.  The layout is very convenient with 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms with full bath downstairs.  The neighborhood is wonderful with a lot of young families.  It has city water and sewer.  The area is very private with only 2 roads in that both come back out to Tallmadge Road so no through traffic.  It is very quiet and safe This house is move in ready, just waiting for you!
