Lease Terms for 1BR/1BA Apartment in Aberdeen
1. Term
This lease begins June 1, 2025, and continues for 12 months, ending May 31, 2026.
2. Rent
Monthly rent is $1,275 due on the 1st of each month. Payment must be made digitally via Zillow, Zelle or bank transfer.
3. Security Deposit
A deposit of $1,275 is due at lease signing. Refundable within 21 days after lease end, minus any lawful deductions.
4. Utilities
Owner pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity, phone and internet.
5. Maintenance and Repairs
Tenant handles minor maintenance (e.g., bulbs, cleaning). Landlord handles major repairs. Prompt repair reporting required.
6. Pets
No pets allowed.
7. Subletting
