Winter Rental Oceanfront 2/BD 2/BA Condo in Carolina Beach. This unit is located on the first floor of the complex and offers all the basic amenities. Enjoy a full size, newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi. There is a spacious deck that has stunning views of the ocean and a community standard size swimming pool open Mid-May through Mid-September (dates are determined by the HOA). You will be just a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk with shops and dining. Rentals must be viewed in person prior to submitting a credit application Lease term must be for a minimum of 91 days (3 months) Credit applications are required, $100 per applicant Security deposits are typically equivalent to the monthly rent amount and due at lease signing Monthly Rent includes basic utilities with a $75 cap on electricity and a $75 cap on water/trash/sewer each month; occupant is responsible for any overages. Most winter rentals don't have mailboxes. We recommend signing up with a PO Box through the post office if you need to receive mail during your tenancy. Sheets & Towels are not provided in Winter Rentals. They can be added for an additional fee.
