Home has been painted and cleaned. Upstairs bedroom has carpet and will be professionally shampooed upon move in. This home sits back off the road and has woods for miles. Home is close to 278 for easy access to Hiram or Rockmart. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (power, water, trash, cable, gas, etc.) Lease is 12 months. Tenants are responsible for lawncare.
