Access to the yard will be shared with the homeowners and our very loving Bernese Mountain Dog named Murphy - so renters must be dog-friendly :) Street and alley parking is available. The unit includes a large storage shed which the renter will have full access to. We are ultimately looking for responsible, kind tenants to share our backyard with. Long term lease is preferred.
