Have your morning coffee on the porch out of your master bedroom or any of the bedrooms on the second floor, and then have a cookout on the first floor porch. If you love porches you will love this house. On the first floor you will find, a large kitchen, dining room, living room, formal living room (which we use our nursery) 1/2 bath, and 2 pantries. We added pull outs to most of the kitchen cabinets to help keep you organized and did the same thing with the large pantry. On the second floor we have a master bedroom with a 3/4 bath and laundry room, a full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with a nice spacious hall way. The attic is a nice playroom for our kids. And finally you will find the small boiler room in the basement, with a new system 2000 boiler. We installed LG heat pumps in the sunroom in the basement, one on each side of the main part of the basement, 1 in the formal living room, 1 in the dining room, 1 in the living room, 2 in the master bedroom and 1 in each of the bedrooms. The garage is simply put awesome. Modine heaters heat the 4 bays, and it has compressed air piped into every bay and the office/or workshop or what we use as a movie theater. 4-10'x10' garage doors, with very nice high ceilings. The garage has its own separate boiler, and running water. You will find a kitchen style sink in 2 of the bays. Above the garage is a 4 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a kitchen and a living room as well as 2 porches. Also in the basement, first floor living room and master bedroom you will find the 3 beautiful fireplaces.
