Pets Pets are not allowed on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord. There is a 250.00 fee for pets once approved. Subletting The Tenant shall not sublet the Premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Landlord. The Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days' written notice to the other party. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennesee. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
