With the unit facing north-south, the unit stays cool through most of the summer months. The kitchen was renovated in 2021 and all of the expected appliances are new (stove, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher). The floor and walls feature handmade ceramic tile and granite countertops. The cabinets are soft-close, and custom-made of birch wood. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer.
