The 2-car garage is attached and there's an entry door into the main floor of the house. The bedrooms, laundry room, and two bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. The washer and dryer are one year old. The backyard is fenced. There's a raised bed for gardening, fruit trees, a Gingko, and a couple maple trees. There are underground sprinklers front and back with an automatic controller. This is generally turned on in May and shut off in September (weather dependent). This home was built in 2006, so it's still pretty new. It's very well insulated. The AC was installed one year ago, and the water heater was replaced last year. Please note two points: (1) The damage deposit is due upon signing the rental agreement.
