One parking space is included with the lease and would be a lease transfer not a sublet. None of this floor plan is left in the building and current rate is over $2400 a month. Renter pays for utilities and the parking spot is $25 a month which is less than the $50 the property charges. This is because of the lease deal I originally received and it will continue with the transfer. Front office people are great and so are the maintenance employees. Pets are allowed with a pet rent and deposit for the property.
