Utilities: The following utilities are included in the monthly rent: electricity, water, gas, trash removal, internet, and basic cable/TV service 3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and potential termination of the lease. 4. No Parties/Noise Restrictions: Parties or large gatherings are not permitted at the property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily.
