The Fulton Market were originally designed in 1907 as one of "Lancaster's twentieth-century markets" by Lancaster architect C. Emlen Urban. It was designed to be a shopping center in the Colonial Revival Style. C. Emlen Urban also designed the Southern Market. Cassius Emlen Urban was the leading architect in Lancaster from the 1890s to the 1920's. Fulton Markets were redeveloped to be loft style apartments in 1993 and one building of townhouse units were constructed in 1993. The Lofts make a great and unique, urban home. They are mostly 2 bedrooms units with wide wood plank flooring though out and loft style bedrooms. We, Prospect Leasing and Managment, recently took over the management of Fulton Market Lofts. We believe in focusing on what is best for the residents, and we hope to make Fulton Market Lofts a better place for its residents and a positive part of the community of Lancaster.
