This unit is a second row/second story 2 bed/1 bath suite (6-plex) WINTER RENTAL (Monthly VAC lease that cannot be extended beyond 3/31/25) and is just steps away from a beach access (100 ft or so)! Fully furnished and stocked with the basic items a snow bird or monthly renter is looking for. ALL utilities are included. These units are rented virtually though both Air BNB and VRBO (April-October). These units are under one block from a beach access, and a short bike ride, walk, or drive from down town Carolina Beach. Closest BEACH access: Scallop Public Beach Access (Scallop Lane). Parking: Each reservation will have access to (1) ONE 8'x14' assigned parking space. Suites 1-3 park up front next to the road while 4-6 park in the rear of the building. DO NOT double park OR take another guest's assigned space if looking to avoid a tow. Our local parking enforcement team "Tow 2 Tow" is poised to receive a Guest call and ensure integrity of the parking process if needed. Guests driving "oversized vehicles" (from SUVs to pickups) may have issues fitting comfortably for units 1-3. Any additional community parking spaces would have availability on a first come first serve basis. 1 month deposit is required, along with completed zillow application with credit, payment, and background check. Please contact me for any additional questions. Rent MUST be paid virtually via online portal using an ACH, debit, or credit method so a working email will be required. Suites can and are typically rented virtually with a key box utilized for access to aid in "social distancing" awareness. A VAC lease agreement will be prepared by our staff at Salt Water Real Estate here in Carolina Beach in advance of your stay for accepted applicant(s). A cleaning fee of $300.00 for a post "move-out" deep clean will be included in the move-in calculations. The building is non-smoking building and non-pet friendly. One rear parking space is provided. No smoking on premises. ONE assigned off street parking space is provided. A basic cleaning fee will be collected prior to move in.
