Redmond is the new Bend (without the traffic) with coffee shops, breweries, and bike shops. I know medical professionals who live in Redmond and work in Bend, and it's faster and easier for them to get to work from here than it is to drive from one side of Bend to the other. A new Costco between Bend and Redmond just opened, so now both Costco and Trader Joe's are only 15 minutes away. I will consider a pet on a case-by-case basis. The backyard is completely fenced but there is no lawn, just a cover crop to enrich the soil. I will be using the garage for storage, so the tenant won't have access to the garage for parking more then one car. Storage is possible; we can discuss. We don't park in the garage ourselves.
