We have a super nice "granny flat" to rent out. It's on the ground floor of our house and is private with it's own entrance and patio area! Would be GREAT for an SDSU student or a Geo-bachelor (NAVY/MARINE). - Utilities included and high-speed WIFI! - Private, well lit entrance. - New finishes including granite counter in the kithenette, garbage disposal, bathroom floor tiles, ceiling fan. - Nice patio area: we are planning on putting up an awning soon! We can also add some plants! Need a BBQ? We can provide! - Light and bright inside. Gets a good breeze. Security gate if you want to leave the door open. - Roomy enough for one person, if a couple, we would charge an extra $100 to cover utilities. - Possible use of our laundry room, otherwise there are two laundromats nearby. - Close to stores, the freeway, SDSU, NBSD - Only negative is that there is not a stove/oven. Previous people have used a convection oven/hotplate which WE will provide. AND we are looking at installing a stove soon. - Possible use of the hot-tub. - If you ride a bike (motorcycle) you can park in the driveway, otherwise street parking. - Don't like white walls? Let's talk about paint (you provide the labor, haha). You should be gainfully employed, fun, friendly and respectful. Gay (Queer/LGTBQI+) friendly. Partner and I are friendly, super helpful but also respect your privacy.
