The house has forced air heat to keep you toasty in winter, as well as two window AC units and four ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer. Well behaved pets are accepted on a case by case basis. The number of occupants is limited in order to reduce noise and maximize everyone's comfort. This unit controls its own thermostat, and there is no ventilation shared between units. One security camera is located at the front door for safety. There are no cameras inside the unit or in the backyard. Your privacy is a priority. Parking is plentiful and free on the street. There is no smoking of any kind (including 420) indoors. No sublets. No grow operations. All bills are paid by landlord: electricity, internet, water, trash and sewer. Lease duration is flexible: 6 to 12 months, negotiable. Refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. Well-behaved pets are accepted with a $200 refundable pet deposit.
