Quiet for night shifters/ daytime sleeping, safe neighborhood, backyard space/pool available upon request. Smart N Final, Chevron , subway, Panda Express, del taco, all within 2 miles driving. 12 min to 14 freeway, 12 minutes to antelope valley hospital, 2 minutes to AV shopping center , 53 minutes to Kaiser panorama hospital, 3 hours to sequoias, 2 hrs to Santa Barbara , one hour to LA. Bathroom is a SHARED SPACE. You must enter through the laundry room across from your room in the garage. The toilet and shower are only for YOU , including keeping them clean please. Hugo & I will not use your toilet or shower. We do occasionally use one of the two sinks to wash hands or brush teeth. Must be introduced to our German Shepard , Luna. She is 5 years old& an indoor dog , hence you will see her upon using the bathroom each time . Your private room does not have running water. We provide a water pitcher what you can refill in the laundry room ; the laundry room does have running water. There is a "plug-in" electric sink to wash dishes and hands, the water needs to be refilled & dumped as used in your studio. We can assist with changing out the water. No smoking allowed on the property.
