My bi-level home has an attached garage a bathroom downstairs with a large finished basement were the washer and dryer hook-ups are. The washer, dryer and all appliances go with the house. There is a large entry way with a coat closet as well. The upstairs has a nice open front room and dining area with a recently remodeled kitchen. There is a patio door off the dining area with a deck and stairs go out to the back yard. The large front room window and patio door bring lots of light and life into this area for the family. The bright white cabinets and nice laminated floor along with the newer carpet in the front room stairwell and hall give a very welcoming feel in which to live. The three bedrooms are all upstairs on the same level which is very family friendly. They each have updated carpet and have been freshly painted. Each bedroom has it's own closet with sliding doors and base board heat with their own thermostat for personal comfort. The whole house is electric heat, which makes it very affordable here in Wyoming. The upstairs bathroom has also been remodeled with oak cabinetry. There are new windows and a metal roof. The Shop in the back of the home makes a very nice place to work on cars , projects or storage. It has a wood stove and insulation so you can be comfortable in the winter if you wish. It is just time for us to down size and we hope this makes a very nice home for a very special family. God Bless
