Rental term is late June through late August, 2025. Ideally June 22 - August 23, but specific dates can be negotiated. All utilities are included in rent. Owner will pay for internet, gas, electric, water, and television. Renters must commit for the entire summer, from late June through late August. $15,000 for the entire summer, payable in up to three installments. Will not accept one-month rentals.
