Gorgeous building which was constructed in 1913 as a hotel and renovated to lofts in 2010. I loved my time living there and in Historic Core but have moved out due to a growing family with kids. Historic Core has a good food and nightlife scene and is walkable to most areas in DTLA. Subway stops are two blocks away at Pershing Square and the condo comes with a dedicated parking spot.
