There are 2 master suites: one on each side of the living area-offering privacy to the occupants. Both offer flat screen TV's and bathrooms with showers. The first suite has a King size bed and the larger 2nd suite has 2 Queen size beds! Walk to Chatham village and the local beaches: Andrew Hardings, Lighthouse and Claflin Landing! Kayak or canoe in Mill pond-just a couple blocks from the condo. 2 parking spaces available. Have a large group for a wedding, family reunion or corporate event. This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
