The square footage of your studio is about 350 square ft. 3 minutes to Target, Ralph's, dining, and the 241 freeway. No one above or below. Your modern, stylish suite can come furnished or not. (I am a professional photographer who took the photos myself) It comes with a peloton (no subscription but you can still use it), large built in desk with lots of storage, desk chair, queen memory foam bed, two extra large closets, kitchenette with large fridge and separate large freezer, microwave, oven, hot plate, basic kitchenware, lots of kitchen storage in cabinet, bathroom has double sinks (one can be for kitchen), walk in shower, rain shower head, laundry is shared with me only and is located right outside front door on the patio, and parking is never far from the unit. The condo has a huge patio with dining area and lounging area to be shared with me. You will also have access to the community gym, pools, etc. The suite has a private entrance but is attached to my condo, where I reside. The bedrooms do not share a wall. I am a quiet and considerate 40 year old female professional. I am looking for someone who is also considerate and wouldn't mind using earbuds when playing louder music or shows, etc. I do the same. Please also understand I am only interested in renting to one person. 3-6 months to start, then flexible renewal options.
