I am looking for someone to share my home. I am 36 and I have a 5.5lbs Maltese and an amazing Burmese cat. I live here approximately 50% of the time. The rest of the time I live in Denver. Private room with private bath, hardwood floors, granite counters, & large balcony. Tenant contributes approximately $150 a month towards all utilities which include cable/internet. Month to Month Lease with ability to stay for longer.
