Our five bedroom, five bath home in the heart of the West End is available for rent for the first time. It is steps away from the music tent and Rio Grande Trail, a short walk to the core and the free Cross Town Shuttle stops at the end of the block. This 3,220 square foot long term rental is available through the 2020-2021 school year and we would discuss a longer term lease. Completely updated, the property sits on a 5,460 sq. foot lot with natural sunlight, south facing mountain views, and plenty of privacy. Finishes are contemporary with dual kitchens and living spaces on both the first and second floor. The main living area is on the upper floor with a sleek fully appointed kitchen which overlooks the dining area and living room complete with a remote controlled gas fireplace and views of Aspen Mountain. The south facing upstairs deck can be accessed directly from the second floor living area or from the back yard via a spiral staircase.
