One of the biggest perks my wife and I love is there's even a grocery store on the main level. It met all our needs. Other amenities include Wi-Fi by the pool, Cat5 networking & ultra high speed internet and a plasma screen community with updates and messaging in the prominent lobby. Located just a walk to downtown Nashville and a cheap ride to other great spots around the city if you'd want. Ryman auditorium is your back yard. My wife and lived here for almost 3 years and enjoyed it so so much. Recently placed hardwood, replaced microwave, and dishwasher. New water heater placed couple years ago as well. 1 year lease minimum. Open to multi year agreement. Thanks for your interest. 1 bed, 1 bath, but has a small extra "nook" that can be used for an office space, storage, or guest sleeping ( we had a twin day bed in there for guests). At almost 900 square feet, this is one of the largest 1Bd condos in downtown. Beautiful view of the city and floor to ceiling windows! Must see in person! No smoking. No parties. No subleases. Pets are allowed but will be considered on an individual basis. We have had poor experiences with other rentals in the past with pets, so please respect our decision, and know it is not personal if we were to decline a certain pet due to breed, size, age, or references. If pet allowed additional pet deposit and cleaning fee. $500 non refundable pet deposit per pet. $300 non refundable cleaning fee at the end of your lease (this $300 comes out of the security deposit). $1000 "move in" fee to be paid to the Viridian per Viridian policy. In past we have added supplemental payments to rent invoice in case tenant does not want to pay the $1000 up front with other deposits. There is one parking spot included with this condo. Other parking can be found on the street or possibly through renting an extra spot through another condo owner. You would be responsible for this. Renter pays all utilities. Internet included. 1 year lease minimum per Viridian, but we are open to a multi-year lease.
