I am excited for you to stay at my charming Haven. I love the property and is in close proximity to many parks, museums, and gardens. I am a nurse myself and excited to offer a nice home for all travelers. The Haven is very clean & we have installed new HVAC systems in both units. These unit have been rehabbed & updated to all codes. Both have been thoroughly inspected by professional city inspectors. There are smoke detectors in both units. The yard is shared in the back. Its clean & we keep the yard manicured. Updated the landscape to make the Haven sparkle. We have a yard service on a regular basis, so no concern to our guests. There is walking ability to different restaurants- Haven Bistro ( directly across street), El Catrina, Stellar Hog (BBQ), Novella wine bar. Beautiful parks close -carondelet park has summer concerts, yoga, walking path, lake for fishing, bike paths, picnic ares, pickleball courts. This is a lovely neighborhood with so much to offer. Please contact us to find your new home. At time of lease utilities are covered. May be negotiated each year depending on length of lease. Cleaning fees yearly based on need of unit. No pets allowed. No garage access. Street parking only. No more than 2 people occupying property. No non-working vehicles parked in front of unit. Shared back yard each responsible to keep clean & clutter free Trash in alley dumpsters only No outside storage allowed- ie bikes, carts, strollers, non-motorized vehicles. No smoking, vaping on property. No illegal drugs usage Tenant expected to keep property inside & outside tidy, clean & clutter free. Renter belongings removed at tenant discretion if not in rules /regulations of owners property. Lease terms are based on how long the renter stays in the unit. The lease terms will be tailored to the renter. Unit is fully furnished. Utilities are included in the $1600.00 a month rent.
