Quiet and safe family neighborhood. We would take walks around the 1-mile loop (even at night). Convenient to UNF, Shopping at St. John's Town Center. Can commute easily to downtown (20 min in the morning, 45 min at night but this should get much better when JTB and Beach construction completed) and still get to the beach for a stroll at night.
