The kitchen (upstairs) and laundry room (downstairs) are both shared spaces. There is no central heat/AC in the downstairs but window mounted AC units are installed. The space has its own exterior entrance. We are conveniently located right off I-66, just a 15 minute drive to Warrenton or Gainesville. Rent includes wifi and utilities. There is no trash service at this property, but there is a dump 5 miles away. There is absolutely no smoking in the house. Any animals must be quiet and house trained. There is enough room in the driveway for 1 tenant vehicle. The initial lease agreement will be for 1 year and then can be done in 6 month agreement after that. You are responsible for keeping your space clean, any routine maintenance will be handled by the homeowner.
