A credit score of 660 is the minimum required, although this does not guarantee approval, as other factors will be taken into account. 7. Criminal history. Your application will be rejected if you have been convicted in the last 5 years of any crime against a person or property that would present a threat to the owners or neighbors, or the rental property. 8. Maximum occupancy. A maximum of two persons per bedroom is permitted. 9. Applicant responsibility. Each applicant who is approved for occupancy and signs a lease must understand that he or she will be held fully responsible for the lease. Applicants will be considered in the order in which a complete application, with fee, is received. The first applicant who meets the above standards will be invited to rent the property. As soon as your application is approved, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will then have 48 hours from the notification of your approval to sign a lease agreement and pay the full security deposit.
