Our location is in the U-Med District and within walking distance by trail to the ANMC, Providence, UAA and APU campuses. Anchorage has a fantastic and diverse local food scene that is only a quick drive from this location. Good news if you like getting out on the trails - our location offers easy access to the over 300 miles of multi-use trail system. A bonus, the condo comes with a carport to keep the car snow free in the winter months. We are looking for a short term rental - 6 months. No smoking. No pets.
