This is a good rental property that stays rented. Currently occupied, so please do not disturb tenant. Tenant has been there for 4 years and always pays on time. There is no pending maintenance issues as we always take care of our maintenance issues immediately. Electrical and plumbing are in good working condition and there is no leak from the roof. The outside siding can use some TLC. I noticed this while taking pictures but tenant did not mention anything about this. The stove and refrigerator belong to tenant. She brought her own when moving in 4 years ago, and we removed ours. This house is not central heat and air. It's still a good value for the price.
