It's the perfect place to curl up with a good book or favorite libation. Or both! And the outdoor chandelier and cafe lights surrounding the yard means your retreat can stretch into the summer nights. It is only a short walk to some of the finest restaurants and shopping around. Fantastic hiking and incredible views of Los Angeles are only a short distance away. And Universal, Warner Brothers and Disney studios are all within a 10 minute car ride. If you prefer to ride public transportation, the red line subway is 5 minutes away. It is also easily accessible to the 101, 134, 5 and 405 freeways. There is a Weber gas grill in the back, perfect for summer bbq-ing. If Covid allows, there is a wonderful, long-standing neighborhood 4th of July parade, where kids decorate their bikes and wagons and it ends in a celebration with food trucks and music and games.
