This is our extended family's summer beach house that we rent during the off-season to help maintain it. You'll have use of the entire house; however, occupancy is limited to three unrelated adults or one family. The property includes everything you need, including a full kitchen with all appliances and kitchen tools, free washer and dryer located within the house, new tile shower, gas fireplace. The owner pays for all expenses, including internet.
