414 Front, Keyser, WV 26726

Small house on a small lot in Keyser, WV. The house is clean and empty, a fresh start to a remodel I guess. Needs pretty much everything. I can't work on it right now so we are selling it cheap. Someone had bought it and started a remodel but didn't get very far and it sat empty for some time. The first issue is the front porch/front deck. Someone had added on a front porch at some point and looking at it, I think they made the very common mistake of a flat roof over the front porch. So at some point the roof was removed from the front porch but they left the floor. The deck flooring was plywood sheets (so no drainage) so it's in really poor condition and not safe to walk to the front door. The back door is ok to walk up to, but the large vine by the back door is poison ivy so someone would need to be very careful. Inside the house the floor has been torn out in the back entryway so you can see the dirt. Mostly wood paneling inside. No toilets, no sinks, no nothing inside. House sold AS-IS! I don't know the condition of the electric or the plumbing. Please look at the pictures.
