You will get the pin codes and will be able to participate in community meeting to express your needs. Trash collection is every Thursday and last Friday of the month for recyclables. For regular trash you need to buy trash stickers, put in on the can roll it to the street. Recyclables pick up is free. Owner pays for water and WIFI. The rest pays tenant. Lease at least for one year.
