Rent ranges from $145-$155/wk We house our females at our Lakewood Ave location, in Atlanta. Our houses for men are spread out across downtown & Southwest Atlanta (Westlake, Oakland City, Lakewood, Cleveland Ave). Do you have a job? Are you able to provide your ID & two of your most recent pay stubs from your current job? - I'm asking because to rent a room with us, you have to make 2x the rent. Your rent with us will range between $145-$155/wk, but your payments to us would be based on your paystub. - Meaning that if you get paid weekly, your rent would be $155/ at maximum (your income needs to be $290 - $310 or more a week), -If you're paid biweekly, your rent would be $290 - $310/ every two weeks (your income needs to be $580 - $610 or more every two weeks) - If you're paid monthly, your rent would range from $625 - $645/monthly (your income needs to be $1250 or more a month) Weekly rent payment. Can stay short term, but we love to host you in long-term. Good for individual working near MARTA station
