The new owners (as of January 1, 2021) immediately began refurbishing this early 1900's building including adding an off-street parking lot (not included with rent), improvements to the exterior of the building and the common hallways. As each apartment comes available each apartment will get refurbished. So far 5 of the 13 apartments have been refurbish. By May 2022 it is expected that all 13 apartments will be refurbished.
