We are looking for a fairly quiet, friendly, non-smoking/vaping/drug using person that would be a good fit with our community. Rent is $1100 per month with a $150 utility fee (electricity, water, internet) for a total of $1250 per month. First months rent and $1250 deposit at signing of lease.
